Although the event is indoors, the evenings can get cool with sea breezes during this time of year, it is recommended to have a light jacket/coat or shawl if you are outside.

Designated outdoor smoking areas (DOSAs) will be set up and signed where applicable.

The Welcome Function will be in the form of an “Aussie BBQ” style.  This will consist of multiple interactive food stations where delegates can experience the preparation of local Australian produce and interact with the chefs.

There will be a selection of foods offered and the stations will reflect their own “Aussie” styling.  In addition to the food, varying types of entertainment will be provided throughout the duration of the event.
