GENERAL INFORMATION
Payment: All payments are to be made via credit card at time of submitting registration form. All refunds or cancellations are processed manually through the ACPS National Office.

Registration: Registration will commence from 4.00pm-7.00pm on Monday the 16th October & from 7.00am Tuesday the 17th October at the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre (GCCEC).

 

Due to liquor licensing laws all registrants must be over 18 to attend any conference event.

Late Fee: A 25% Surcharge (to a “non-member” late registration fee) will apply to all registrations taken at the commencement and or during the conference.
Dress: Smart Casual clothes are suitable for daily technical session & social functions. Monday Exhibition Opening Function, Tuesday Welcome Function – smart casual.

Formal wear for Wednesday night Gala Dinner – BLACK TIE DRESS CODE NOT REQUIRED.

Name Badges: Lanyards will be distributed at time of registration. It is essential they be worn at all times for entry into conference sessions, trade exhibition & social functions.
Special Requirements: Registered attendees with specific medical or diet requirements are asked to advise details on the conference registration form.
Cancellation Policy: 100% refund will be given for cancellations received 8 weeks prior to commencement of the conference.

Cancellation less than 8 weeks and up to 4 weeks prior, a 50% refund will be given. If however, any cancellation is made less than four weeks, the attendee will relinquish 90% of charged fee.

If a registered attendee cannot attend the conference, then they may substitute another attendee without charge.
