Although the event is indoors, the evenings can get cool with sea breezes during this time of year, it is recommended to have a light jacket/coat or shawl if you are outside.

Designated outdoor smoking areas (DOSAs) will be set up and signed where applicable.

The event will reflect an outback Australiana theme with a focus on the Gold Coast.

This will be done in an interactive way with a varying array of entertainment throughout the evening.
